This administration is like no other
Over the last couple of days a couple of people have again brought up to me the short sightedness of not calling out Biden, Obama or Clinton for their immigration policies that deported millions. I have previously written about the difference in the policies of this administration as compared to previous ones. However anyone still attempting to say this administration is no different than past ones have not been paying attention.
it is this administration which sent 100+ men to a prison known for its human rights abuses for nothing more than simple final deportation orders. And it is this administration that sent another 100+ men to the same prison because they had benign tattoos we are told linked them to Tren de Aragua even though they had no criminal records and the gang has no standard tattoos. It is this administration that is dismissing immigration cases of people on a legal pathway attending hearings and appointments and then detaining and deporting them telling them to come back the legal way…which they did already as evidenced by their attendance at those appointments/hearings. It is this administration that is prioritizing denaturalization through the civil system which reduces their burden of proof of criminal behavior to strip them of their citizenship. It is this administration that is threatening a political candidate with deportation through that denaturalization process. Read more here and here.

Spare me the comparison to past administrations that we have been told over and over had wide open borders that let in millions even as supporters now hold up their deportations as proof of something to fit a narrative.
This administration takes action each day that further erodes our Constitutional Republic leading us down the road of ever increasing authoritarianism. This is like no previous administration no matter what its supporters maintain. It’s up to the rest of of us to see it clearly and call it out regularly. I am grateful for all who join me.
